These beautiful hand blown glass vases are all designed by me (Rich Small), but made by hand with the help of Ben or Diane or Morgan or Jon. Each glass vase is signed by me and dated. Each vase is unique, as you will quickly see when looking at the pictures. All are about 12" tall, unless otherwise noted.
Blown Glass Vase Inspiration
The Duality series of fluted glass vases are modern vessels; elegant yet still organic; rich, complicated colors; beckoning textures. I encase the color in clear glass, so that the light can play with the crisp colors.
The modern form allows you to see the entire piece, since the interior is just as astounding as the exterior. The colors play with and off of each other, creating amazing textures that invite you to stare, and stare, and stare.
How I came to those color combinations is a funny story…which you’ll have to ask about.

Glass Vase FV22: $195
A stunning green. I really like this one. Even though the bright green is more like grass than sea, the pattern still make me think of waves.

A wonderful blue, a wonderful form, a wonderful piece! The black foot and lip complete the package.
Glass Vase FV26: $150
A nice, creamy caramel-y color, I was planning to make this a wavy flute like the rest of these, but liked the shape so much that I stopped here.
